we can't do life alone, you can't do it without your community, the holy spirit, without God, without your friends and family. you can't do it with just money alone scientifically speaking we are social beings

we are not meant to be alone.

Here’s everything you need to know before renting — simple, clear, and no stress.

  • On your return date, drop it off or schedule return delivery. We'll guide you when we confirm your booking.

  • Nope! this what the £15 cleaning fee and minor damage cost cover, so We handle all professional cleaning. Just return it on time, and you’re good.

  • We understand that life happens, and minor wear is expected—like a loose button (please keep it with the garment if it comes off).

    The Rental includes Damage Protection to cover minor accidents or wear and tear. However, significant damage or loss that requires extensive repair such as cuts to the garments that are bigger than 3 centimetres or replacement will incur additional charges. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the associated costs.

  • We do not offer our own delivery, but can arrange for a taxi service to pick up and drop items off (fees will apply) or free studio pickup. You’ll choose at checkout/request.

  • There are no deposits necessary. But all rented garments are subject to a £15 cleaning charge and minor wear and tear cover.

  • all renters are required to sign a Letter of Responsibility before receiving any garments. This agreement outlines that:

    • You accept full responsibility for the care of the item during your rental period.

    • In the event of major damage, loss, or theft, you agree to cover the full cost of repair or replacement.

    • Minor wear (like a loose button) is understandable, but significant damage will result in additional charges. (please read the letter before responding)

    This is given via e-mail after we have responded to your rental request.

  • There is a £15 late fee per day for any garments returned after the agreed-upon return date.

  • If you would like to add additional days this can be done at a set price of £15 extra per day. Per booking.
